What do I do as a coach?

I don't have a trajectory from A to Z, you are the trajectory and you determine the pace and what is important. We look at what you are facing at that moment and that is our starting point.


As a weight consultant and personal trainer, I teach you what you need to create a fit and healthy body, so that you master this knowledge once and for all.


As a coach, I help you change your habits and beliefs, so that you never fall back into your old behavior and so that you can be truly happy with yourself and your life. I also help you with your personal and physical challenges in life.


As a coach I look at you as a person. Who are you? And above all, who would you like to be? What dreams or ambitions do you have? As a coach I hold a mirror up to you, which can sometimes be confrontational, but that is the only way you will gain the right insights. I mainly tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear, out of love to help you. I provide you with all the tools you need to discover what matters to you and what you really want in life.

I teach you how to take responsibility for your own thoughts and feelings. My method will give you new insights about yourself and build a powerful foundation in your life. Together we set goals and get to work on them. I teach you to act from self-confidence and self-esteem. In addition, I help you convert thinking into doing or in some cases the other way around ;)


Together we look at all the important aspects that matter to you.


Finally, we work together to gain more self-love, confidence and peace in your life.
