  • Who is your coaching for?

    My coaching programs are designed for all women who want to cultivate a more positive self-image and foster greater love for themselves and their lives.


    For example:

    Furthermore, I don't claim to exclude men entirely; I have assisted men for many years. However, during the intake conversation, I genuinely assess whether it feels like a good fit or not.

  • What courses have you followed?

    I have followed various training and courses to develop my coaching skills. My educational background includes training as a fitness trainer and personal trainer, followed by training as a weight consultant. Afterwards I took various courses on coaching techniques. In addition, I further deepened my expertise by obtaining my NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) Academy certificate. I am currently completing a four-year training as a psychodynamic therapist.

    Coaching is a guidance process aimed at personal growth and development. A coach is a professional support person who helps you achieve your goals, overcome obstacles and maximize your potential.

  • Is your coaching online or on location?

    I offer both online and in-person coaching to meet the needs of my clients. For those who prefer face-to-face coaching, this is possible in the Meerhoven area in Eindhoven. On the other hand, if online coaching better suits your situation or preferences, then that is also an excellent option.

  • Is your coaching also suitable if I do not want to lose weight?

    Yes absolutely! My coaching is suitable for a wide range of goals and needs. Whether you want to manage your weight, work on personal development, improve your career, manage stress, overcome anxiety, or simply promote general well-being, my coaching is flexible and customizable to your specific goals.

    The time investment in a coaching program can vary depending on the specific goals and needs. An individual coaching session usually lasts an hour to an hour and a half.

  • What are the costs of coaching and what payment options are available?

    The costs of coaching vary depending on the type of coaching program and the duration of the sessions. During an intake we can determine what suits you best.

    Confidentiality and privacy are of the utmost importance in my coaching practice. All information shared during the sessions is kept strictly confidential and governed by the ethical rules of coaching. I follow professional guidelines to ensure the privacy of my clients.
